List of Exhibitors for Printmakers@Geelong Exhibition

This Saturday past, many of the exhibitors attended a meeting at the Shearer's Arms Gallery, Aberdeen St, Geelong West to discuss the various elements that go together to stage an exhibition.

The exhibition will be titled: Printmakers@Geelong. Monday 12th September - Sunday 2nd October 2011. Official opening: Wednesday 14th September 6pm. The Gallery hours are Mon-Fri 11 - 5pm, Sat and Sun 1-4pm.

Expression of Interest - Printmaking Exhibition

Calling all Geelong and surrounding area Printmakers. An exhibition will be held at The Shearer's Arms Gallery, Geelong West from Monday 12th September to Sunday 2nd October 2011.

There is a meeting being held at the Geelong Art Society 11am Saturday 26th February for those wishing to be involved. This meeting will ascertain the number of Printmakers exhibiting, how many works will be exhibited, the costs involved for hire of the gallery, deciding on a format for the invitation and the development of a mailing list.

email: to register your attendance at this meeting or if you are unable to attend, then register your interest to exhibit via your email.  If your registration of interest is via email it is imperative that there is an understanding that your support will be given during the exhibition in regard to attendance and the housekeeping involved in staging the event.

There has been a resurgence of interest in Printmaking of late and this exhibition is sure to fire the interest of many more. There will be a maximum of 30 Printmakers, so if you are interested, note in your diary to respond.
